At Print Cut Pros, we believe in making your shopping experience as stress-free as possible. That's why we offer the most generous return policy in the industry.

Take into consideration that we stand behind all of the products, which are backed by a Manufacturer's Warranty and Free Lifetime Technical Support.

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

  • All eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Everything in our store is eligible to be returned except for excluded items (see below under "Exclusions").
  • Absolutely zero restocking fees!
  • Absolutely zero hassle!

What you Need to Know

  • Returned item(s) must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
  • Refunds may take 5-7 business days for your credit to appear.
  • Some exclusions apply (see below).

Just Some "Exclusions"

  • Printers may be returned excluding the following. If ink has been added to the printer, it cannot be returned. If the included software has been installed or registered, the full value of the software will be deducted from your refund amount.
    • STS Inks Printers are final sale and cannot be returned. Manufacturer warranty will apply.
    • Uninet DTF Printers are final sale and cannot be returned. Manufacturer warranty will apply.
    • Uninet White Toner Transfer Printers are final sale and cannot be returned. Manufacturer warranty will apply.
  • Vinyl Cutters may be returned excluding the following. If the included software has been installed or registered, the full value of the software will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Consumables (i.e. inks, toners, media) may be returned in unopened, factory sealed condition. Print Cut Pros reserves the right to reject any open packages.
  • Printheads may be returned in unopened factory sealed condition. We cannot accept previously installed or used printheads.
  • Software are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Open-box and Clearance Items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Return Your Item(s)

All returns to Print Cut Pros requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We are unable to process a return without an RMA. You can obtain an RMA by following the steps below or call us at (855) 586-6797 and our friendly team will be more than happy to start your return.

  1. Log into your account on our website.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Follow the prompts to complete your return request.

Shipping Your Item(s) Back to Us

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We can provide you with a prepaid return shipping label which will be deducted from your refund amount.

    Exchanges

    Need to exchange for a different item(s)? The fastest way to get what you need:

    1. Place a new order for the desired item(s).
    2. Return the original item(s).

    Once we receive your original item(s) we will immediately process your refund.

    Cancellations

    • Cancellation requests must be submitted to our customer service team during business hours.
    • There is no cost to cancel your order.
    • Once orders are processed with the fulfillment location, we can attempt to cancel the order but requests cannot be guaranteed.
    • Cancellations are not possible once the order has shipped.

    7-Day Damage Replacement Policy

    1. All items come with a 7-day damage replacement policy.
    2. Inspect for any damages on the exterior of the package before signing for the delivery. If exterior damage is present, decline the delivery.
    3. If the delivery has been accepted, send photos of the damage(s) to support@printcutpros.com with your order number in the subject line.
    4. We will handle the shipment of the replacement item(s) and return shipment of the damaged item(s) for you.
